A personal note of thanks and appreciation to the DYNA Team.
As you know it's almost 5 years since I attended the BMS 200 programme and I still refer back to it when dealing and managing staff. It is now a recommended programme within our organisation and along with many of my colleagues and our team members it is generally regarded as the programme that has made the most impact on us all.
The course is very interactive and I enjoyed the sharing of knowledge and experience with the team members from the different organisations, and fondly remember the fun we had while doing all that learning.
Learning is one thing, but applying what one has learnt and putting this into practice takes time, and the constant and ongoing support I receive from the whole DYNA team is something that I cherish. We all work in busy environments at a hectic pace and it is heartwarming to know that there is always someone at DYNA to give us advice, support and yes even a cup of tea and "chocolate" cake.
The programme content is relevant and applicable to any business and industry being well researched and presented. The follow-up and support during and after the programme along with a knowledgeable and professional team is of the highest standard.
I can truly say that being on this programme and the constant interaction with Gavin and his team has changed my life and continues to do so. Thanks guys this programme is a must for anyone that is willing to change and become one of tomorrow's leaders.

UTI MOUNTIES I would like to take this opportunity to thank DYNA for the outstanding service they have provided to UTi Mounties. Their commitment and dedication towards our learners has been nothing less than outstanding. Throughout this year, we have sent delegates to attend the Core and BMS programme countrywide. Without a doubt, one can see the transition in the learners. This is not just "another" leadership course but also one that instills knowledge and skills, practically which helps the learners to implement in the working environment. The learners have grown personally and I have already seen considerable results. This was definately an investment for our staff.
Thanks again for your commitment towards our staff.

SILICA We hereby confirm that we use Dyna Training's CORE and BMS programmes as part of the management development approach for our Team Leaders and Managers. We've done this for the past 2-3 years and
have built a solid working relationship with the Dyna Training - Gauteng team.
These two management programmes are practical, experiential based and draw heavily on individual and group learning.
We've always experienced the Dyna team as professional, value adding and committed to delivering excellent management training that is practical and can be applied back to the workplace.
The support received from the Dyna team before, during and after the course delivery is always excellent.

"I attended the DYNA BMS Programme since my future prospects
in Petronet depended largely on the acquisition of management
skills in areas that I was not familiar with. The DYNA BMS
training provided that 'crystal ball', the foundation and
platform to practically implement these skills back at the
workplace.
In spite of the long hours on this programme, there was never
a dull moment with the DYNA professionals. The atmosphere
was always 'alive' and the training sessions stimulating.
The skills transferred are appropriate to current management
dynamics, sophisticated yet simple and effective. I also observed
growth in many delegates who moved from "I would rather die
than speak" to a "Bring it on brother" attitude.
My overall impression of this programme is that these are
indeed the best management skills I have acquired. Congratulations
on a DYNAmic programme!"
